Flamenco is a centuries-old Spanish art form rooted in storytelling, rhythm, and emotional expression.

Our adult Flamenco dance classes (ages 50+) welcome beginners and returning dancers in a supportive, joyful environment. Classes gently build balance, posture, strength, and confidence through expressive Spanish movement, taught at a safe and encouraging pace.
